The long-awaited reboot of Baywatch is officially in the works at Fox. The new take is a co-production between Fremantle and Fox Entertainment with writer Lara Olsen tapped as showrunner. The reboot will feature daring ocean rescues, pristine beaches, and iconic red bathing suits, along with a whole new generation of Baywatch lifeguards who navigate complicated, messy personal lives.
