Vietnamese businesses had the opportunity to showcase their products at the 10th African Investment, Commerce Forum (AFIC10) held in Algiers, Algeria. The event, which took place on May 4 and 5, brought together around 800 delegates from 39 countries and territories, highlighting the importance of implementing the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA) and promoting increased intra-regional trade. The Vietnamese Embassy and the Vietnam Trade Office in Algeria set up a booth to display a range of Vietnamese products, including coffee, pepper, cashew nuts, macadamia nuts, coconut rice, pharmaceuticals, and handicrafts. This participation aimed to further strengthen trade ties between Vietnam and Algeria.
