St Philomena College in Puttur conducted a workshop on 'Report Writing - Techniques and Possibilities'. The workshop, organized by the Kannada department and Kannada Sangha of the college, aimed to help students shape their lives through journalism and writing. Prof Rakesh Kumar Kammaje, the principal and head of the department of journalism at Ambika Mahavidyalaya, served as a resource person at the workshop. He emphasized the importance of pursuing certificate courses alongside degrees to provide job opportunities for students.
