In another development, the Royal Swedish Navy has achieved an international breakthrough by strengthening its capabilities with eight new mortar vessels equipped with the Patria NEMO Navy system. The Swedish Defence Materiel Administration FMV has ordered these vessels from Swede Ship Marine AB, with Patria serving as a subcontractor. The vessels, which will be delivered between early 2027 and the end of 2028, will be used by amphibious troops stationed in Stockholm and Gothenburg. The order also includes two Patria NEMO Container systems. The acquisition of these mortar vessels supports the implementation of the Amfbat 2030 concept. Patria's NEMO mortar system is known for its state-of-the-art technology and accurate fire-on-the-move capabilities. This order from Sweden serves as an important international reference for Patria [0dc0f3bf].
In the realm of tactical networking systems, Silvus Technologies and Kägwerks have introduced DOCK StreamCaster, the next generation of Tactical Networking Systems.
