The 2099-hectare (5185-acre) property, which includes the Wiluna, Keston, Strabanne, Greenbank, and Warrawee holdings, was started by Frank Spilsbury in 1975. The property is being offered for sale as a whole or as individual holdings.
Wiluna, covering 537ha (1328 acres), has a carrying capacity of up to 6000 DSE and is currently running mainly cattle with some sheep. Keston and Greenbank, a combined 1164ha (2876 acres), have a capacity of up to 8600 DSE. The country features undulating red and black basalt soils and is about 80% arable. Strabanne, covering 396ha (978 acres), consists of flat to slightly undulating country with mostly fine, loamy granite soils and has a carrying capacity of 3420 DSE [33a0c7e7].
