In a recent development, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has promoted three General Managers (Technical) to the rank of Chief General Manager (Technical) to Level 14 of the Pay Matrix. The promoted officers are Pawan Kumar Jain and Mohammad Safi. This promotion comes as a result of the recommendations made by the search-and-selection committee. [4ba1dda1]
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Qazi Faiz Isa has also approved the promotions of the officers and other employees of the Supreme Court (SC). The promotions were made on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee. Noor Mustafa Shah and Abbas Zaidi, assistant registrars of grade 19, were promoted to grade 20 as deputy registrars. Additionally, senior court associates Nasir Mehmood Raja, Shehzad Khurram Anees, Hifzur Rahman, Nisar Ahmad, and Muhammad Shahid Habib were promoted to the post of regular assistant registrars in grade 19. A total of 79 other employees have also been promoted to the next grade on the recommendations of the committee judge.
