On December 23, 2024, Nestlé Vietnam was awarded the National Quality Gold Award for the second time, a recognition presented by Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính. Binu Jacob, the CEO of Nestlé Vietnam, highlighted the company's commitment to continuous improvement and enhancing the quality of life in Vietnam. Established in 1995, Nestlé Vietnam is dedicated to sustainable development and actively supports the country's net zero commitment by 2050 [65d53a42]. Furthermore, the company has been recognized as the Most Sustainable Enterprise in manufacturing from 2021 to 2023, receiving multiple accolades for its employee welfare initiatives and contributions to the coffee industry [65d53a42].
In addition to this recent accolade, Nestlé is also celebrating the 10th anniversary of its global initiative, Nestlé Needs YOUth, which has positively impacted over five million young people worldwide. The program aims to enhance the employability of youth by providing essential skills and access to career opportunities, with a goal of helping 10 million youth access economic opportunities by 2030 [8db097a2].
