The Rock County Dairy Breakfast celebrated its 47th year at Morton Dairy Farm in Evansville on Saturday, June 8. Despite threatening skies, the rain held back, and families enjoyed a day of fun-filled activities. Volunteers served pancakes and cartons of milk while attendees had the opportunity to learn about the dairy business and new technology. The event also featured animals for visitors to interact with, including the chance to touch calves. The Rock County Dairy Breakfast provided a delicious breakfast and an educational experience for families to learn more about the dairy industry.
In a similar vein, Ellis Park will host 'Breakfast with the Works', a family-friendly behind-the-scenes look at morning training ahead of the upcoming race meet.
