KLM will offer 33 weekly flights between Budapest and Amsterdam in the summer season, with a 7% increase in seats compared to last year. The airline will also increase the number of flights on several intercontinental routes, including Jakarta, Denpasar, Taipei, Hong Kong, Montreal, Toronto, and Los Angeles. KLM has already re-launched flights between Amsterdam and Osaka and will resume daily flights between Amsterdam and Tokyo-Narita. In Europe, KLM will focus on the Nordic region and add more flights to Billund and Stavanger. Ryanair has closed a popular Budapest route. China has announced visa-free travel for Hungarians.
