Ada Ventures follows a thesis-driven approach, investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups. The firm focuses on breakthrough ideas in climate equity, economic empowerment, and healthy aging. Ada Ventures has a portfolio of companies expected to generate over £100M in net revenue in the coming year. The firm has pioneered an 'Inclusive Alpha' approach to investment decisions, with a commitment to inclusion and diversity. About 74% of founders in Ada Ventures' portfolio come from underrepresented backgrounds, and 48% of portfolio companies have a woman founder.
