The Telugu Times presented the second edition of the Business Excellence Awards 2024 to successful Telugu entrepreneurs in Dallas, USA. The Chief Guest, Sri D C Manjunath Consul General of India, appreciated the Telugu community's role in the USA and their growing remittances to India. The award winners included Mr. Srikanth Gaddam, Mr. Dayakar Puskoor, Dr. Yogi Chimata, Mr. ANIL SUNKARA, Mr. BALA Indurthi, Ms. Geetha Dammanna, Mr. Ramesh Gadiraju, Mr. Kiran Pasham, Mr. Vijay Borra, and Mr. Maheswara KAS. The Telugu community in the USA is the largest ethnic group, and Telugu is the fastest-growing language in the country. The rise in the Telugu population is attributed to the increasing representation of the Telugu diaspora in the technological field. The awards ceremony was first held in Milpitas, San Francisco, in June 2023 and now for the second time in Dallas in June 2024 [48bc7d01].
