Toyota Connected North America (TCNA) has partnered with the Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX) to sponsor the 'E for Engineering' patch, aiming to inspire and prepare the next generation of female leaders in STEM fields. TCNA plans to lead workshops, provide mentorship, and participate in networking and engineering-related events to encourage girls to explore technology and software engineering. The sponsorship aligns with Women's History Month and the shared goal of empowering young women in STEM. Despite women making up more than half of all college graduates, they comprise just 16.7% of engineering and architecture professionals. TCNA aims to increase that number by supporting the 'E for Engineering' patch and providing access to engineering professionals.
