Version 0.21 (2024-07-08 10:58:19.595000)
updates: The International Stock Exchange (TISE) listed 444 securities during the first half of 2024, an 18.4% increase compared to the same period last year. The total number of securities on TISE's Official List reached 4,371 at the end of June, a 5.6% increase year on year and a record high. The total market value of all listed securities surpassed £700 billion for the first time, reaching £708 billion. TISE's CEO, Cees Vermaas, attributed the strong listing volumes to improved macro-economic conditions and an improved outlook for growth. During the first half of the year, there were 436 newly listed securities admitted to TISE's Qualified Investor Bond Market (QIBM), with private equity debt remaining the largest product type. TISE is also recognized as Europe's leading market for listing high yield bonds, with over 450 listed at the end of June. The UK, Luxembourg, and Jersey were the largest sources of new business for TISE.
